PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and shipped Monday– Saturday from our warehouse. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. Orders are processed and shipped in 1-3 business days. If items in your order are out of stock or delayed for shipping we will notify you by e-mail.
ORDER STATUS
To check on the status of your order, email info@anivivo.com. Please include your order number information. Your order number will be given to you upon completion of purchase. A courier number will be given to you via email once your order ships.
